Ingredients of Rice Kheer
- You need 1 cup of rice.
- You need 1 litre of milk.
- Prepare of Sugar as per taste.
- Prepare of Dry fruits as per need.
- It's 1/2 cup of Condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Milk powder.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Ghee.
- Prepare 4-5 of Cardmom.
- It's of Bay leaves 3 to 4.
Rice Kheer instructions
- Heat a vessle..add ghee...add cardmom and bay leaves...now put rice...roast it for a minute....
- Now add milk..stir it..boil it completely....add sugar...
- Add condensed milk and milk powder mix it well..no lumps should be there.
- Roast dry fruits in the ghee till a golden punch....at last sprinkle cardmom powder...mix and serve.
