  1. Take rice,semolina, all-purpose flour, salt and 1 tsp.oil or ghee and made the dough of it.boil potatoes in pressure cooker.cut all the vegetables in small pieces.I made it's pieces in electric boss chop star..
  2. Take a pan,put oil, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.when tadka is ready,add ginger,garlic and curry leaves paste in it..
  3. Mix it well,add all vegetables and masales in it.add boiled potatoes paste in it add.saute well all mixture,after 10 minutes our stuffing is ready,add Coriander leaves.keep aside for cooling dawn..
  4. Take the dough and made bolls of it, in similar sizes.made oval shap long chapati.made equal sizes oval shap of all stuffings.stuff one by one all like shown in the pics..
  5. Made half stuffing then half portions strips and wraps it over filling and made ready all vadas..
  6. Take a steamer,in a plate,put malmal cloth over it and add all vadas in the steamer for cooking.brush oil on all the vadas and put sesame seeds on it and after that cover with lid..
  7. And cook it on low flame for 30 minutes.after 30 minutes it is ready.only for giving reddish colour once again in a pan add 1tsp oil and put all the vadas in it for 5 minutes.it's ready to eat and serve.serve it with sauce and chutney..
