  2. It's 1 of big mango.
  3. You need 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder.

  5. You need As required of Chopped dry fruits.
  6. It's 6-7 of tarts for serving (optional).

  6. Garnish with chopped dry fruits of your choice. Enjoy chilled amrakhand..

Here I have used fresh mango pulp and I would strongly recommend to use the fresh over the canned puree. As you know that shrikhand should have thick, creamy. Mango Shrikhand / Amrakhand is one the easiest mango desserts that can be prepared in no time.
