Ingredients of Angoori Rabdi
- Prepare 1/2 ltr of Cow Milk for paneer.
- You need 1/2 ltr of Full fat milk for random.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of honey.
- It's 1 cup of sugar for syrup.
- You need 1/2 cup of Almond,cashew & pista flakes.
- You need As needed of Syrup(Orange,Strawberry,Blueberry emulsions & saffron syrup).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of milk powder.
- You need 1 tsp of corn flour.
Making rabdi, the traditional way, is a time-consuming affair as the milk is simmered on a low flame for a long. Angoori Rabdi step by step
- Boil 1/2-cow milk,when starts boilng add lemon juice & starts cudlling off gas and strain it..
- Add cold water on paneer to remove sour taste of lemon juice sqiuze properly to drain water from paneer & knead gently for 5 minutes till soft dough..
- Prepare sugar syrup with 1-Cup sugar & 2-cup water when starts bubbling add small paneer balls cover & cook for 10 minutes..
- Add 2-2 drops of,orange,strawberry blueberry in small bowls with sugar syrup in each bowl and soak rasgulla for 2 hrs.soak few ras gulla in saffron for yellow colour..
- For Rabdi boil full fat milk add 1tsp corn flour diluted in cold milk & stir continuously Add milk powder it thickens add dryfruit flakes.
- When rubdi is thickens switch off the gas and add Honey.
- For serving arrange colourful angoori rasgullas & pour thick rabdi on it & garnish with dryfruits flakes and serve chill yummy angoori rabdi.
