- Prepare 150 gms of paneer.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/4 tsp of kevda essance.

- First take a sugar in a non stick pan and add water stir cont. and make 1string chashni. Add paneer cubes stir well..
- Now take out some cubes and add in a rose syrupn rest it for 10-15 mins. and in another cubes add kevda essance. stir cont. till paneer cubes coated with sugar.
- Now Take a plate and garnish with sugar powder and arrange all paneer cubes pink and white..
