- You need 2 cups of Sabudana.
- You need 5 of boiled potatoes.
- You need 2 of bread pieces.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of besan.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of chat masala.
- It's 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1 of chopped green chilli.
- It's as required of oil for frying.

- Wash & soak the sabudana overnight..
- Put boiled potatoes in a big bowl & mash them.Add all the ingredients..
- Take 1 glass of water in a bowl & soak bread pieces in it for a second Squeeze them & add to potato & sogo masala.Mix them..
- Give it any shape of ur choice. Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the kababs..
- Serve hot with mint chutney..
