Clean the small scales and chop off the head of fish.This fish can be batter fried whole.Here fish has been deboned by cutting open the belly part with a kitchen scissor.Spread flat and smear little salt and lemon juice.Make a paste of onion with vinegar.Add ginger garlic paste,coriander green chilli paste,turmeric,salt and sugar.Mix all with 1 tbsp gramflour and rice flour.Smear this paste all over the fish.Let it rest for sometime.Remove excess juice from the smeared fish..
