  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Crushed whole coriander seeds.

  12. You need 1/4 tsp of Amchur / dried mango powder.
  13. It's 1/2 tsp of Grated ginger.
  14. It's To taste of Salt.
  15. It's 2 tbsp of Clarified butter.

Sprout paratha instructions

  3. Now stuffing is ready.
  4. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well..
  5. With the help of water to make a soft dough..
  6. Divide the dough into equal size balls..
  7. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha..
  8. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifying butter on both the sides..
  9. Serve hot..
