- Prepare 8 of bread slice.
- You need 1 of litter milk.
- It's 1 cup of milk powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cordamom powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped pista.
- You need Pinch of saffron.
- You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
Rabdi Malai Roll instructions
- Boil milk in heavy bottom pan till milk get thick in consistancy and collect malai and stick it to the inner side of the pan.
- Now add sugar and saffron and cook till sugar dissolves in milk and switch off flame and let it cool, Now rabdi is ready..
- Now cut all sides of breads and flatten it by using a roller and keep aside.
- Take a pan put ghee, 1 cup of milk and milk powder and stir continuously and add 1 spoon sugar and cook till mixture get thick and keep aside and cool it.
- Take the mixture in portions and make rolls out of them.
- Now take a bread and put that mava roll on it and roll the bread while stuffing the mava roll inside.
- In a serving plate arrange the rolls and put rabdi on top of it and sprinkle chopped pista and saffron.
- Malai Rabdi Roll is ready.
