- Boil Water in a vessel.. add spices....add 2 Tbsp Oil.
- Add Basmati Rice, cooked untill 80% done... Drain the water.
- In a pan heat oil.. fry paneer untill light brown....take out.
- In the same pan now fry Potato.... fry till golden brown... take out.
- Add more 2 Tsp Oil... add all spices...
- Add tomato puree, Biryani masala,cumin powder,coriander powder, and Red chilli powder....mix well cook for 2-3 min.
- Once masala are cooked add Curd....Adjust Salt and Sugar... mix cook for another 2 min.
- Now add fried paneer and potatoes... mix and coat with masala well.....
- Add 1/2 Cup water... Now close the lid cook for 5 min over medium flame.
- After 5 min open the lid... keep half off the paneer and potao aside for layering.....
- Now for Biryani layering first spread half of rice... 1 tsp ghee.... paneer and potato.
- Next spread rest off the rice,ghee, Kesar milk, rose water, keora water.
- Close the lid... let the Biryani cook over low flame for 15 min....
