Hyderabadi Gawaar ki Phalli and Til/Cluster Beans & Sesame Seeds instructions
- Wash and cut these lovely Cluster Beans into small pieces. You can do it with your hands. No need of a knife. They get done easily. Keep aside until use. In a Pressure cooker, heat Oil and saute Onions at first with Ginger garlic paste. Add Green chillies and the rest of the powdered spices too. Now add the Cluster Beans to it. Mix well and keep stirring for a minute or two before closing the lid..
- Pressure cook for just 4-5 whistles if you are in a hurry. Otherwise just slow cook on a low heat in a pan just as I did. This will not take much time. In the meantime, dry roast Sesame seeds and grind them. Mix this paste with a little water so that it is lump free and add it to the pan after the Cluster Beans are cooked. Mix well and garnish with freshly chopped Coriander leaves. Leave it covered for a minute or two. Take it off the heat and it's ready to serve..
