  1. Wash and cut Brinjals lengthwise a bit thinly. It facilitates easy cooking. Keep them in salted water until use. Heat oil in a pan. Saute ginger garlic paste and green chillies with some salt and all the spices added. After the Onions are browned and done, add in the Slender Brinjals. Mix well and add little water to it.
