Authentic indian masala chicken step by step

  1. Take a bowl add chicken pieces,now add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and mix it with chicken and keep it in freeze for at least 20 min.
  2. Take another pan heat it,add some oil and heat it,now add all tadka,like cumin,garam masaala, red chilli, chopped garlic ginger and saute fir 30 sec, now add chopped onion into it and fry it on medium flame for 15 min or when onion turn brown, now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 min,now add chopped tomato into it add cook it when tomato turn smooth,.
  3. Now it's tym to add marinated chicken and fry for 6 to 8 min on medium flame, now add all dry ingredients into it like haldi, chilli, coriander, chicken masala and bit of water and fry it when oil separated from chicken.
  4. Now add ghee and one cup of water and cover it in low flame for 15 min, after that add salt to taste and sprinkle garam masala powder into it again cover it till chicken completely cook and oil separated from chicken, now off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander, now chicken masala is ready to eat,.
