  1. Prepare 1 cup of Whole Green Gram or Sabut Moong.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Raw Rice.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  5. Prepare 5-6 of Eggs.
  6. It's 1 pinch of Salt added to each beaten Egg.

Eggy Pesarattu instructions

  1. Make a smooth Dosa batter using the well soaked Raw Rice and Green Gram. Stir in Salt and mix well. Spread Dosa on a non stick tawa. Pour one beaten Egg on top of each Dosa and cover it to cook on a low heat. Don't forget to sprinkle some Red chilli and Parsley flakes both. Serve hot with any Chutney of your choice..
