- Prepare 1 ltr of Milk full cream.
- You need 50 gm of Basmati tukda Rice (soaked).
- Prepare 100 gm of Sugar.
- It's 50 of grm mawa or condense milk (optional).
- Prepare 20-25 of Kismis.
- Prepare 30-40 of Saffron thread (optional).
- Prepare 10-12 piece of Almonds.
- It's 10-12 piece of Cashew nut.
- You need 10-12 of pistachio.
- Prepare 5-6 of Green Cardomans.

- First soaked rice for 30 mins.
- Then take a top pour the milk into the top(patila).
- Boil the milk first then add soaked rice then boil for 10 min.
- Take a bowl add 2-3 tsp of milk and kesar thread mix it well.
- Then we have to chopped the almonds, cashew nuts and pistachio for adding in the kheer.
- After one one minute we have to check the kheer and stir it continuously.
- After 10 min add chopped almonds,cashew,pistachios and boil for another 10 min.
- After that add kesar milk to the kheer top(patila) and green cardamon powder to the kheer and stir it for till desired consitency.
- Then add the sugar in the kheer and stir it for another 2-3 mins.
