Ingredients of Rose Kalakand

  1. You need of Fresh paneer (chhena) made fm1 ltr full cream milk.
  2. It's of condensed milk (sweet).
  3. It's of rose syrup.
  4. It's of few pistachios for garnishing.

Rose Kalakand instructions

  1. First of all grease a plate and Keep aside.
  2. Make chhena (paneer) fm full cream milk (1 ltr) by adding vinegar to boiling milk.
  3. Wash it with fresh water...sieve it through muslin cloth and remove all water by squeezing.
  4. Crumble it.
  5. Take condensed milk in a heavy bottom pan on medium flame...
  6. Add crumbled paneer to it add rose syrup.
  7. Mix well and cook till it becomes a thick mass Stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  8. Now spread this mass into greased plate..press it with flate bowl.
  9. Cut into desired shape and it is ready to serve..
