  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of Peanuts.

  5. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Ginger crushed.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Garlic crushed.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Green chili crushed.
  9. You need 1 nos of Onion sliced.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
  11. It's 1 tsp of Soya sauce.
  12. It's to taste of Salt.

  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger julienne.

Aloo Gobi Peanut Masala step by step

  1. In a large pot boil florets in salted water  for 15 minutes.  Drain and keep aside. Cut potatoes in to small cubes and cook until its done. Pressure cook raw peanuts in shell for 5-6 whistles and keep aside..
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed ginger,garlic,green chillies and onion. Fry until onion becomes golden brown and translucent. Now lower the flame and  add all the spice powders and saute until the raw smell goes off.Add in  tomato sauce and soya sauce..
  3. Add little water(1/4 cup),salt and allow it to boil. Now add cauliflower florets, boiled potatoes and peanuts. Ensure that the veggies are coated with the curry sauce. Cook it in a medium flame until the gravy thickens.(you can adjust the consistency as per your preferences.) Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and ginger juliennes..
