- In a bowl take all-purpose flour and milk powder, mix it well..

- Beat this batter with whisk for a few minutes so we get fluffy malpua. Keep aside for a while..
- In a saucepan heat water. When water is about to boil, add sugar in it and mix well. Boil it until it turns sticky. Add cardamom powder in it, mix well. Turn off the gas. Sugar syrup is ready for malpua..
- Heat ghee in a fry pan. When ghee is hot pour 1 tbsp batter in in to make a malpua. Make 2-3 malpuas at a time..
- Allow them to fry until golden, flip and fry on the other side as well..
