- Prepare 250 g of Cauliflower (Chopped).
- It's 3 of Potato.
- It's 8-10 of Garlic (Chopped).
- It's 1 of Green Chilli.

- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder -.

Aloo Gobhi step by step
- Turn on the flame and heat a pan.
- Add oil.Let it heat properly.
- Add cumin seads, green chilli and galric.
- Fry it for a minute on medium flame.
- Add potato.
- Fry the potato for 2 - 3 min on medium flame.
- Cover the pan and stir it.
- Add cauliflower and mix it.
- Cook it for 3 - 4 on low medium flame.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
- Mix properly.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 12 - 15 min on low flame.
- Open the lid and stir it.
- Turn off the flame.
- Add the coriander leaves.
