- First of all in bowl we will add 1 cup maida.
- Then we will add sugar and mix both the item well.
- Then we will add milk and mix it graually and make a battter...the batter should not so thick or not so thin...it's like idly batter consistency.
- Then we will add milk powder and mix it well.
- Then add a pinch baking soda,some chopped cashew, cardamom powder and chopped coconut and again mix it and leave the batter for half and hour.
- Then heat oil in pan and pour some batter and spread a little..then deep fry in medium flame.. turn another side and fry it till golden brown and serve it....
