- It's 1/2 cup of wheat.
- You need 1/2 cup of all purpose flour.
- It's 1 tsp of Sugar.
- Prepare 3 tsp of Curd.
- It's 1 tsp of Dry active yeast.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 bowl of Suji Halwa.
- It's as needed of Chocolate sauce.
- You need 1 tsp of Coco powder.
- You need as needed of Chocolate sprinkles & jems for decoration.
Chocolaty Suji Halwa Cone step by step
- Soak dry active yeast in slightly hot water for 10 mins..
- Then make a dough of wheat, flour, yeast, curd, coco powder, salt & sugar.Make a very sticky dough..
- Apply a tspn of oil on dough, cover it & keep it in a hot place for an hour..
- After an hour dough will double in size.Apply some dry flour & rub the dough well..
- Then take some portion from the dough & roll it with the help of a roller pin..
- Cut it into four sheets.Take a metal cone & wrap it with one portion of the sheet..
- Now heat a kadhai on gas for 10 mins.Put a stand in it..
- After 10 mins, place the cones on stand,cover it well without any hole & bake it for 20 to 25 mins..
- Just before serving fill the cones with suji halwa & decorate with chocolate syrup..
