Ingredients of Rabri Malpuvaon

  1. Prepare 4 cups of Milk.
  2. It's 1 cup of All purpose flour.
  3. You need 10-12 strands of Saffron.
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  5. It's 1 cup of Sugar.
  6. You need 1 tbspn of Sliced almonds.
  7. Prepare 1 tspn of Tuti fruti.
  8. It's 1 litre of full cream milk.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of Sugar.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  11. It's as needed of Dry fruits.

  1. Boil milk on full flame by stirring. When milk remains 1/2 off the flame and cool it..
  2. Add all purpose flour in milk mix it well you can use beater or blender for it, make a fine and lumpless batter like Kadhi. Now cover it and keep it a side to rest for 1 to 1&1/2 hours..
  3. For rabri boil milk by stirring it when milk remains 1/3 and become thick add sugar cardamom powder, dry fruits in it and cool it..
  4. For sugar syrup add 1/2 cup water in sugar and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Add saffron strands, cardamom powder in it..
  5. Heat ghee in frying pan and pour batter (with help of spoon) in it.. It spreads automatically. Now fry from both the sides till golden brown..
  6. Remove it from ghee and put it sugar syrup for 10 minutes remove it..
  7. Keep malpuva in serving plate pour rabri on it add chopped almonds, saffron and Tutifruti on it and serve it..
