Ingredients of Rabri Malpuvaon
- Prepare 4 cups of Milk.
- It's 1 cup of All purpose flour.
- You need 10-12 strands of Saffron.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 1 tbspn of Sliced almonds.
- Prepare 1 tspn of Tuti fruti.
- It's 1 litre of full cream milk.
- It's 2 tbsp of Sugar.

- Boil milk on full flame by stirring. When milk remains 1/2 off the flame and cool it..
- Add all purpose flour in milk mix it well you can use beater or blender for it, make a fine and lumpless batter like Kadhi. Now cover it and keep it a side to rest for 1 to 1&1/2 hours..
- For rabri boil milk by stirring it when milk remains 1/3 and become thick add sugar cardamom powder, dry fruits in it and cool it..
- For sugar syrup add 1/2 cup water in sugar and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Add saffron strands, cardamom powder in it..
- Heat ghee in frying pan and pour batter (with help of spoon) in it.. It spreads automatically. Now fry from both the sides till golden brown..
- Remove it from ghee and put it sugar syrup for 10 minutes remove it..
- Keep malpuva in serving plate pour rabri on it add chopped almonds, saffron and Tutifruti on it and serve it..
