Ingredients of Fruity Custard Phirni
- It's 1.5 kg of milk.
- It's 1/2 bowl of basmati rice washed and soaked for 1 hour min.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ghee to roast soaked rice.
- Prepare As per need of Sugar.
- It's 1/2 cup of Mix dryfruits roughly chopped.
- It's 1/2 cup of mixed fruits to garnish.
- It's 1 tsp of vanilla custard powder.
- You need 1 tsp of milk to dissolve custard powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
- It's Pinch of saffron soaked in 1/4 bowl of milk.
- It's As required of Finely chopped pistachio to garnish.
Fruity Custard Phirni instructions
- First ghee roast the soaked rice and grind it coarsely. Keep aside..
- Take a heavy base pan and Boil the milk. reduce it to 2/3 rd of whole. Add roasted rice and dryfruits and let them cook it they are completely soft and dissolved. Keep stirring to avoid sticking in to bottom. Add saffron soaked milk too..
- Now add custard powder and vanilla essence mixed to milk in phirni plus sugar and keep stirring it both are dissolved. Give it a nice boil and turn off the gas stove. let it cool..
- Garnish with fruits and pistachio and it’s ready to serve..
