  2. Prepare 1 of onion finely chopped.

  6. It's 1/2 cup of rice flour.
  7. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of green coriander chopped.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of maida.
  10. You need 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.
  11. It's to taste of salt.
  12. You need of oil for deep frying.

Poha Namkeen Donuts instructions

  1. Soak poha in water for 3 to 4 minutes and strain it..
  2. Transfer strained poha in mixer jar and grind it. No need to add water. Transfer into a bowl..
  3. Add onion, green chilli, salt to taste, red chilli powder, pizza sauce, rice flour (for crispiness), green coriander, ginger garlic paste and make a dough. Add more rice flour if required..
  4. Take some dough & make a lime size ball, prepare donut shape, make a hole in centre..
  5. Make slurry of maida add salt in it..
  6. Take prepared donuts and dip in slurry, coat in bread crumbs. Let them set in freeze for 10 to 15 minutes..
  7. You can store it in freezer for 2 weeks in an airtight jar..
  8. Heat oil in a wok add donuts & deep fry on medium flame..
  9. Flip & fry until golden brown from both sides..
