- You need 100 gram of tuar daal.
- Prepare 50 gram of moong daal.
- Prepare 1 of small size bottle guard.
- Prepare 3 of tomato.

- You need 1 t of spoon mustard seeds.
- It's 1/2 t of spoon fenugreek seeds.

- Prepare 1 table spoon of chaat masala.
- You need of Salt as per your taste.

Sambhar With Rice instructions
- Wash both the dal. Choppe all the vegetables in to a big pieces..
- Put dal and vegetable in a pressure cooker. Add turmeric and salt to it. Add one cup of water. Now cook it for 10 minutes or till 2 to 3 whistle on medium flame..
- Let it cool. Then whisk it nicely. Now add 2 cups of water and whisk it again..
- Now heat oil in a woke. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,red chillies and asofodita. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Now add sambhar masala,red chilli powder and chaat masala to it. Cook it for a minute..
- Now add cooked dal to it and cook it for 5 minutes..
- Sambhar is ready. Serve it with plane rice. It tastes so yummy..
