- Wash and dry bhindi and cut in big pieces and keep aside. Cut boiled potato in thick slices..

- Heat up the oil in a pan on medium flame. Add carom seeds and hing. Let it splutter and add chopped bhindi. Mix and saute for 5 to 8 mins stirring in between. Add potato slices, mix and cook for a minute..
- Sprinkle prepared masala in pan on all over bhindi and potato slices. Mix well. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 mins. Keep stirring in between. Switch off the flame..
