Masala dahi chicken step by step
- First marinade the chicken pieces,with some flour,curd,salt,butter,and pepper,and keep aside for1 hr..
- Later fry the chicken piece till light brown in colour and keep aside in a plate..
- Meanwhile prepare all the ingredients given,dry roast the garlic,dhania seeds,and grinder into a fine paste.for gravy heat the oil in a pan,splutter the cumin seeds, fry the chopped onions,curry leaves,1 inch dalchini,and saute for sometime add 1tsp turmeric powder.Now add the chopped tomatoes puree,vinegar,stir for a min till soft. add all the spices given,like red chillies,ginger garlic paste,and all the masala mentioned,and cook for a while till the gravy become mushy and leave oil..
- After awhile add the curd in the tomato gravy and stir properly,and mix well.then add the fried chicken in the gravy.and cook for sometime till it's done add 1tsp sugar or jaggery and stir for a min.this take around 10 min to cook..
- Cover the lid and cook for sometime till the gravy is become thick and consistent,in a low flame.later,switch off the garnish and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Masala dahi chicken is ready to serve wirh rice..
