- Saute and stir for few minutes oil separate from Tomatoes mixture, then put Gobi pieced and aloo cubes (fried) cover the Kadai for few minutes till it's done.
- Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and little garam masala in it and serve hot with chapati it tastes yummy..
