- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Oil.
- It's 1/2 of Capsicum (optional).

Tomato rice instructions
- Cook rice, chop tomatoes, cut onion in slice & slit green chilli.
- Heat oil in a vessel add onions saute till light brown colour.
- Now add tomatoes..
- Add salt, red chilli, turmeric and lemon juice. Mix and mash all the tomatoes if required add little water..
- Now add green chilli and Capsicum. Mix it all and cook for few minutes.
- Now the mixture looks like this.
- Add cooked rice (u can used leftover rice as well) mix it slowly cover the lid for 5 minutes on a low frame and it's done.
- Serve hot with curd..
