Ingredients of No Oil Poha and Moong Dal Dosa
- Prepare 1/2 Cup of Poha.
- It's 1 Cup of yellow moong dal.
- You need 1 inch of ginger.
- It's 2 of Green chilli.
- It's 1 Bunches of coriander leaves.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Methi (fenugreek)seeds.
No Oil Poha and Moong Dal Dosa instructions
- Wash and Soak yellow moong dal, poha and meethi seeds for 1 hrs. After one hrs. Grind with ginger and green chilli just like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside..
- In that batter add cumin seeds, salt and coriander leaves. Mix....well....
- Heat non stick tawa. Once the tawa is hot. Pour the batter and make a round in shape. Cook in a slow flame till it become light brown in colour one side. Flip the dosa. Cook for a few minutes. Fold it. Keep in a plate. Repeat the same procedure..
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot...poha and moong dal dosa with spicy ground nut chutney..
