Ingredients of No Oil Poha and Moong Dal Dosa

  1. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Poha.
  2. It's 1 Cup of yellow moong dal.
  3. You need 1 inch of ginger.
  4. It's 2 of Green chilli.
  5. It's 1 Bunches of coriander leaves.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of Methi (fenugreek)seeds.

No Oil Poha and Moong Dal Dosa instructions

  1. Wash and Soak yellow moong dal, poha and meethi seeds for 1 hrs. After one hrs. Grind with ginger and green chilli just like dosa batter. Once it is done. Keep aside..
  2. In that batter add cumin seeds, salt and coriander leaves. Mix....well....
  3. Heat non stick tawa. Once the tawa is hot. Pour the batter and make a round in shape. Cook in a slow flame till it become light brown in colour one side. Flip the dosa. Cook for a few minutes. Fold it. Keep in a plate. Repeat the same procedure..
  4. Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve hot...poha and moong dal dosa with spicy ground nut chutney..
