  1. Boil milk in a pan,add soaked basmati rice.Stir and cook on low flame for 15-20minutes or till rice is well cooked..
  2. Meanwhile heat a pan for preparing butter scotch.Add sugar and 1 tbsp water.Cook on medium flame till sugar caramalised well..
  3. Add cream and butter to caramalised sugar,mix and keep aside..
  4. Now rice is cooked well add sugar and dry fruits.Stir.Add half of butter scotch.Mix and put off the flame..
  5. Dish out in a serving bowl.Pour remaining half of the butter scotch over kheer.Garnish with some dry fruits.Serve chilled or at RT as you wish..
