  1. First of all we will make batter for this in a mixing bowl take maida, milk powder and rava and mix it than add milk gradually and mix it with help of whisker so that no lump formed..keep it covered for rest.
  2. Now make sugar syrup for this boil sugar and water till sugar dissolves after that boil for more 5 minutes..check the sugar syrup drop one or two drops of syrup in bowl and check with finger it should honey like consistency no strings to be formed.
  3. For kheer boil milk in a heavy bottomed wok,coarsely grind rice and put this in boiling milk.
  4. Simmer it till rice cooked add sugar and let it boil.
  5. Add cardamom powder and half of chopped nuts in it.
  6. Dissolve saffron in hot milk and add in kheer.Kheer is ready.
  7. For malpua heat ghee in a pan.
  8. Pour one spoon ful of batter in it and cook it till golden brown.
  9. Take it out and dip it in sugar syrup.
  10. Take malpua and arrange in a serving plate and serve it with kheer, spread remaining nuts over it..now it is ready to serve.
