  1. First heat the heavy bottom pan and add milk in low flame..
  2. Stir continuously till milk get half in quantity & becomes thick..
  3. After that add sugar,cardamom powder and rose water stir continuously..
  4. Add chopped dryfruits as per liking then stir it become thick in consistency then switch off the flame..
  5. Let it cool in normal temperature then take serving bowl and fill rabdi on bowl and refrigerate it for approx 2 to 3 hrs..
  6. After 3 hrs take out from refrigerator and garnish with some chopped dryfruits and serve chilled Rabdi..
  7. Add Sugar as per taste so you can reduce the quantity if needed..
