- Prepare 1 ltr of full cream milk.
- It's 4 spoons of sugar (as per taste).
- It's 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder.

- First heat the heavy bottom pan and add milk in low flame..
- Stir continuously till milk get half in quantity & becomes thick..
- After that add sugar,cardamom powder and rose water stir continuously..
- Add chopped dryfruits as per liking then stir it become thick in consistency then switch off the flame..
- Let it cool in normal temperature then take serving bowl and fill rabdi on bowl and refrigerate it for approx 2 to 3 hrs..
- After 3 hrs take out from refrigerator and garnish with some chopped dryfruits and serve chilled Rabdi..
- Add Sugar as per taste so you can reduce the quantity if needed..
