Ingredients of Chukandar ka Raita
- You need 2 cup of Card.
- It's 1 of peace beetroot.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Mustard.
- You need 2 of Green chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Green salt.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Black salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Roasted cumin powder.
- It's As needed of Curry leaves.

- First take a beetroot and make it kadukas and Now heat the pan and roast beetroot without oil3.
- Now take a bowl put curd and shake it well than add green salt, (please ready my paste post for green salt recipe) than add beetroot.
- Add black salt, cumin powder and mix.now we take a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds.
- Add mustard green chilli curry leaf and fry.and put it on beetroot curd bowl..
