  5. Mix again properly. then with a small spoon pour the batter in hot oil.  Try to make it less thick so that sugar syrup will soak properly. Cook the malpua up to golden brown. Then remove from oil and dip in sugar syrup for 5 secs.  Then keep on a plate..
