- Prepare 1/2 cup of sabudana.
- Prepare 500 ml of milk.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
- It's 1/4 cup of chopped mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios).
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
Sabudana Kheer instructions
- Firstly, soak sabudana in water for atleast 4 hours..
- Now boil milk in a heavy bottom pan on low medium flame for 5-8 minutes..
- Add in the sabudana and stir well..
- Cook on low flame until the sabudana turns soft and transparent..
- Then add sugar, cardamom and nuts. Stir well and cook until it thickens and turns creamy..
- Switch off the flame. Garnish sabudana kheer with some more nuts and serve hot or cool..
