- Wash and peel carrots..
- Grate with manual grater or food processor..
- Heat ghee in a pan..
- Fry raisins and cashews and keep aside..
- In remaining ghee roast grated carrots till it becomes dry..
- Add boiled milk in it..
- Cook on low flame..
- Stir occasionally and cook till it becomes thick..
- Add bread crumbs and mix well..
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then add sugar..
