- Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 to 5 hour to strain all the water..
- After that take the hung curd(chakka) im a mixing bowl..
- Add powder sugar, custard powder and mix dry fruits in that hung curd. Mix it well..
- Put the shrikhand in freezer for 1 or 2 hour..
