  1. Take a bowl add toor dal and wash it and soak it in Dal for 20 min.
  2. Take pressure cooker add toor Dal, chopped tomatoes,green chilli,amchur powder,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder add water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it until 5 whistles.
  3. After 5 whistles let the cooker cool down and after it cools down open the lid and whisk the Dal with churner and keep it aside.
  4. For tadka Take a pan add oil once the oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds,urad Dal then add dried red chilli,curry leaves, Hing then pour the Dal in the pan and cook it at shimmer for 2 min then add coriander and mix it.Your Andhra style Jain Tomato pappu is ready.
