- Prepare 1 cup of tur Dal.
- You need 2 of chopped tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli (slit it from between).
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli.

- It's 1 tsp of amchur powder.
- Prepare To taste of Salt.
- Prepare 2 cup of water.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 of tspn Cumin seed.
- You need 1/2 of tspn urad Dal.
- It's 6/7 of curry leaves.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Hing.
- You need 1 of Dried red chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.

Andhra Style Jain Tomato Pappu step by step
- Take a bowl add toor dal and wash it and soak it in Dal for 20 min.
- Take pressure cooker add toor Dal, chopped tomatoes,green chilli,amchur powder,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder add water and cover it with lid and pressure cook it until 5 whistles.
- After 5 whistles let the cooker cool down and after it cools down open the lid and whisk the Dal with churner and keep it aside.
- For tadka Take a pan add oil once the oil is heated add cumin & mustard seeds,urad Dal then add dried red chilli,curry leaves, Hing then pour the Dal in the pan and cook it at shimmer for 2 min then add coriander and mix it.Your Andhra style Jain Tomato pappu is ready.
