Ingredients of Kalakand Barfi
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Prepare 1.5 cup of milk powder.
- You need 200 gm of grated paneer.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 4-5 of finely chopped almonds.
- It's 8-10 of finely chopped pistachios.

- Grease the tin/container in which you want to settle down the barfi..
- Add milk in the pan, add sugar. Stir until the sugar gets dissolved..
- Add milk powder. Stir it continuously..
- Add grated paneer & stir it continuously so that no lumps formed..
- Add cardamom powder & stir until it gets thickens..
- Add ghee & mix well..
- Now transfer the mixture to the greased container & make a flat surface using spoon..
- Spread dry fruits over it and again with the help of spoon make the surface smooth..
- Allow it to cool down for 30 mins..
- Now cut in the square pieces & our kalakand is ready to serve..
