Ingredients of Masala Bhindi Sabzi
- You need 500 gm of Bhindi(Lady finger) cut in to 1-inch pieces.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Oil-3-tbsp.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Hing.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of Haldi / turmeric powder.
- Prepare 4-5 cloves of Chopped garlic.
- You need 2 tbsp of Rosted besan.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Roasted peanut powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Amchur powder.
- Prepare as needed of coriander leaves.
Masala Bhindi Sabzi instructions
- Heat oil in a pan add hing, chopped garlic, haldi powder, salt, and add bhindi. Mix well.
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, till the bhindi are completely cooked.
- Add 2-tbsp roasted besan, red chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi powder, roasted peanut powder, amchur powder and Coriander leaves.
- Take the pan off the heat and mix well.
- Serve hot with rotis.
