  1. Heat oil in a pan,toss cauliflower florets and potato.keep it aside..
  2. In the same pan, add cumin seeds and bay leaves, green chillies and onions. Saute and cook till the onion becomes translucent..
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato,saute for 3-5 minutes and add cauliflower florets, potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder and mix well..
  4. Add quarter cup of water, close with the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes..
  5. Finally add kasuri methi and chopped coriander, give it a quick stir and serve..
