Ingredients of Raw Mango Pachadi
- It's 6 of raw mangoes(kairi).
- Prepare 3 & 1/2 cups of sugar.
- You need 1 tsp of Haldi / turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- It's of Roasted masala.
- Prepare 10 of medium spicy red chillies.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of dhania.
- You need 2 tbsp of saunf.
- You need 2 tbsp of zeera.
Raw Mango Pachadi instructions
- Wash peel and grate the kairi. To this add half of the sugar and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator overnight. Dry roast red chillies, dhania, jeera and saunf. Cool and grind to a powder. In a non stick pan cook the kairi along with salt and haldi till the moisture evaporates. Now add the roasted masala and the remaining sugar. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool and Enjoy!
