The ghee should be very moderately hot. Do not fry the Malpua in very hot ghee otherwise, they will be raw from inside. Try to use a shallow non-stick pan to fry the Malpua. A good malpua is crispy on the edges and soft in the center.

- Heat a pan and add ghee in it and then add a ladle of that batter in it and shallow fry them one after another..
- Cook both sides till golden brown..
- Prepare all the malpuas by shallow frying..
- In the meantime put a pan on the gas stove with water and then add the Jaggery in it..
- Boil it for 5-6 minutes and prepare the jaggery syrup (no need of any consistency)..
- Put all the malpuas in it one after another (just dip them for 1 minute and then remove them)..
- Now your Malpuas are ready. Garnish with some splitted cashew nuts and pistachios and serve..
The sugar syrup should be hot when we soak the malpua in it. You can add a mashed banana in the batter. Remove malpua from the sugar syrup and place on serving plate.
