  2. You need 2 spoons of oil.
  3. You need 1/2 spoon of salt.

  1. In a mixing bowl put all-purpose flour, salt and 2 spoon oil, mix well..
  2. Knead with sufficient water to make a soft dough. Cover it with wet muslin clothes and rest for 15 minutes..
  3. After 15 minutes again knead it and divide equal small size ball and roll it..
  4. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry these luchi..
  5. Serve hot with sabzi..
