- Prepare 1 liter of Milk.
- It's 200 ml of Condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Khoya.
- It's 8 of Bread slices medium.

- First Lets prepare rabri,Bring the milk to boil. In a large pot add crumbeld khoya and roast till aromatic,then add milk to it..
- Mix together add few strands of saffron,stirr continuously until milk thickens and reduces till 3/4th..
- Add condensed milk again cook for few more minutes and then switch off the flame..
- Add chopped mix nuts and mix well..
- Now let prepare syrup, add sugar and water with pinch of saffron colour. Bring to boil and when sugar completely dessolves switch off the flame..
- Cut the edeges of bread slices, cut it like triangle.heat ghee in pan and fry bread pieces on both sides till golden..
- Now soak fried bread pieces in syrup for 1 minute,then remove..
- Pour rabdi over soaked bread and sprinkle some more nuts,let it chill and serve hot..
