  2. Prepare of Onion 1 big chopped medium size.

  6. You need 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.

  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Carom seed(ajwain).
  11. Prepare of Garlic 8-10 piece finely chopped.
  12. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Oil.

  1. First chopped the lady finger in 1 inch size and chopped all the veggies.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai then add lady finger in it and swallow fry for 4-5 min.
  3. After shallow fry remove the lady finger from the kadai in a plate.
  4. Then use same kadai add some more oil add cumin seed, carom seed after crackle of cumin Seed add garlic fry till light brown then add chopped green chillies then add chopped onion fry until golden brown.
  5. Then add chopped tomato saute till tomato get soft and pulpy then add masala like red chilli, turmeric garam masala powder saute for 1 min.
  6. Add shallow fry bhindi in the kadai mix it with up all veggies.
  7. Then add salt to taste fry for 4-5 min in medium flame.
