Ingredients of Puri dum aaloo(luchi aaloor Dom)
- It's 2 cups of flour.
- It's 250 gms of baby Potatoes.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of peas boiled.
- It's 2 of tomatoes pureed.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger paste.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 of green chilli chopped.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander leaves paste.
- It's To taste of salt and sugar.
- You need As needed of oil.

Puri dum aaloo(luchi aaloor Dom) instructions
- Knead the flour mixing salt,sugar and oil and keep it aside.
- Now boil the potatoes and peel off.
- Put salt and turmeric over it.
- Heat oil and fry the Potatoes until brown.
- Remove it from the pan add more oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf.
- Add green chilies and ginger paste,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Add red chilli Powder and tomato saute until oil separates.
- Add Potatoes and green peas mix well.
- Add sugar and coriander leaves paste mix well and switch off.
- Now knead the dough and divide into small balls.
- Roll it into Puri and deep fry.
- Serve Puri along with dum aaloo.
I made this spice powder specially to cook Dum Aloo. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with puris or chapatis. I had ordered Luchi & aaloo Dom. Only the mishti do is good ! try the AAloor dum and luchi ! and FISH !!! :) :) This place should have a big sitting area.
