- You need 500 ml of full fat milk.
- It's 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- It's 150 gm of khoya (Mawa).
- Prepare 4 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare of Kewra essence (few drops).
- Prepare 15 gm of Almond.
- It's 10 gm of Cashew.
- You need 15 gm of Pistachio.
- You need of Sugar syrup.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- You need 200 gm of sugar.
Shahi Tukda step by step
- Take 6 breads slices cut edges of the same and cut breads in triangles.
- Boil milk add sugar and kevra essence in it. Than add cornflour stir it well makee slightly thick like Rabdi.Add half Chopped dry fruits in milk mixture..
- Take a pan heat ghee in it add breads In ghee fry it till golden brown.
- Take a sauce pan add sugar and water in it and cook till single tar chasni (syrup with single line of stickiness).
- Dip fried breads in the sugar syrup.Than remove it in another glass dish (in which you can give a good finish to your dessert.).
