- You need 250 gms of lady's finger.
- It's 1 of tomato finely chopped.
- It's 4-5 of crushed garlic pods.

- Take lady's finger wash, drain and chopped them..
- Now take a kadhai and add oil to it.when oil gets heat then add Mustard seeds..
- Allow Mustard seeds to crackle then add cummin seeds, asafoetida followed by chopped lady's finger..
- Now add turmeric powder and salt to it..
- Cook at slow flame untill it become soft..
- Now add chopped tomato and crushed garlic then mix well and allow to bhindi become crispy..
- Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well..
- Now cook for 5 minutes and serve with chapati and buttermilk..
